Automatic Cluster Removers (ACRs) have become a popular option on BGM milking parlours. ACRs increase productivity in the parlour and eradicates over and under milking of cows. The Isolator Xp is a reliable and accurate cluster remover built to last.
Auto-Start: Simply lift the cluster to initiate the unit (vacuum & pulsation)
Button-Start: The unit can also be initiated by button
Two take-off settings: Set time and milk flow
Pulsation Control: Pulsation turns off after each cow is milked
LED Lights: To show Auto/manual mode and kick-offs.
No Over/Under Milking: The ACR takes off the unit at the right time, every time
Gentle: When milking is finished the ACR will turn off the vacuum and pulsation prior to taking off the cluster to ensure gentle removal.
Kick-off: Should a cow kick off the cluster, the ACR will lift it so the cow does not damage the cluster.
Easily retrofitted to existing parlours of any size or brand
