Diversion Lines

A Diversion line decreases your milking time as they reduce the workload in the parlour.

There is a toggle switch on each unit that allows the operator to divert the milk to the dumpline. The milk then goes to its own milk receiver. The dumpline is washed with the machine after each milking.

Dumpline Stations – This is an independent dumpline. Along the pit wall there is a dumpline and vacuum line and there are sockets every 2 units. This dumpline has extra clusters that are connected to a handle with a pulsator. Simply bring a cluster and handle and plug it into a socket closest to the cow whose milk is being dumped. The cow is milked and the dump milk goes down to its own milk receiver. The dumpline is washed with the machine after milking and so too are the clusters as they come with their own wash jetters.

Electronic Dumpline – A full electronic dumpline makes dumping milk a simple and clear process. Lights indicate where the milk is going eliminating mistakes being made.
