CIP (Clean In Place)

The Swing-up/Foldaway Low Line Wash system is mounted next to the stainless steel wash line underneath the pit kerbing. Known for its quick and easy attachment of the milking clusters and excellent cleaning results, the Foldaway Low line wash is a much-loved design feature on BGM parlours. As it swings up to the operator’s waist height, there is no unnecessary bending down when placing the milking clusters onto the jetter tray.

During milking, the low line wash folds down underneath the pit kerbing and the jetter tray closes at the same time to eliminate any dirt landing on the wash jetters. The clever design of the parking bracket allows the cluster to be held in position for the operator to clean/hose down the clusters while also allowing for the automatic cluster removers to lift up the clusters at the start of each milking.
