Milk Delivery
From the moment a cluster is put on a cow, the delivery of the milk to the bulk tank is a vital process in the harvesting of milk. All milk lines are made to order with stainless steel welded inlets to ensure no dirt can enter the milk line and contaminate the milk.
Receiving Vessel:
Horizontal stainless steel milk receivers with clear ends allows the operator to keep an eye on the quality of the milk.
The milk line enters down along the side of the milk receiver so there is no unnecessary splashing of milk in the receiver.

Milk Pump:
The electric milk pump sends the milk from the milk receiver out to the bulk tank using centrifugal force. These are high capacity electric milk pumps complete with a stainless steel impeller.
Variable Speed Milk Pumps help to increase cooling by reducing the speed by which the milk is pump out. The milk flow rate is reduced through the plate cooler and this increases the cooling rate.

Milk Filter:
As the milk is being delivered to the bulk tank, its passes through the milk filter. The stainless steel milk filter has a coil inside it with a sock placed over it. The filter catches any dirt that may be in the milk.
