StreamWay90 Sequential Bailing

The StreamWay90 Sequential Bailing is an innovative new bailing system.

When entering, there are sequence gates that only allows the cow enter into her stall, once she enters her stall, she then opens the stall beside her for the next cow. When exiting, the bailing system swings up towards the wall.

The feed troughs are connected to the main turning bar which means the troughs turn down when the cows are exiting. This clever design means cows cannot get to any meal that other cows may leave behind them, resulting in faster exiting.

The neat ‘cupped’ shape design of the troughs means no meal can fall out of the troughs when the bailing system is in the exiting/up position.

The Streamway90 leaves a large amount of space for cows to exit as the troughs are connected to it. This means exiting is quicker and more comfortable for the cows while also eliminating the need to build a concrete trough like traditional bailing systems.
