Pneumatic/Air Gates

Air gates are a great asset in the parlour as it allows the operator to place all his/her focus on the milking routine. There is no unnecessary exiting the pit to close gates, simply press one of the buttons located in the pit to operate the air gates. Guillotine gates are used at the front of the parlour and either guillotine or swing-across gates are used at the back.

All four air gates can be controlled from each air gate control box. A light also indicates when the gates are open. The gates are controlled by compressed air and heavy-duty nylon rollers are used throughout.
