The Indy 360EX is built using only strong, high quality materials to ensure reliability and durability.

Built to Last: The double I-Beam design with 2 rollers per point provides a flat surface to move over the roller wheels, this offers the deck flexibility to float effortlessly on the rollers, reducing wear and increasing longevity.

Calm & Comfortable Cows: Individual bails separate the cows from each other on the platform and as the parlour is so quiet, cows are relaxed and stress-free.

Designed for Milker’s Comfort: The cabinet is compact with a low profile design incorporating the fold-away jetter tray, retention & attach/detach button and the ACR. The single control button is within easy reach of the milker, at arm height and the inwards sloping platform presents the udder well and ensures a cleaner working environment.

Smart & Efficient: The Touchscreen is close by so you can manage all aspects of the platform and the milking routine. The Smart Speed Control system will automatically slow down the platform when a cow has not finished. The retention system allows you keep a cow on the platform for a second turn. This can be done manually or automatically through SmartDairy.

Troughs & Feeding: The 360EX comes standard with stainless steel troughs. Once linked to SmartDairy HerdMetrix cows can be fed according to yield to fulfil their milk yield potential.

The 360IX is an internal rotary that has the same characteristics as the 360EX but with the added benefit of the operator always being able to see the cows throughout the whole milking process.

Easy Cow Flow: The cows are calm upon entry as they are always able to see where they are going. The cows enter the stall facing forward and since the animals are positioned in a 60 degree angle facing the exit, they leave the platform in a smooth natural movement resulting in improved cow flow.

Indexed Kerb: The clever indexed designed of the kerb allows the operator to get closed to the udder for attaching the cluster.

Durable & Reliable: The 360IX is a reliable, maintenance-free milking system designed to last. A large steel I-beam girder supports a steal substructure that carries a reinforced concrete deck approximately 13 centimetres thick. The platform rides on precision machine steel rollers, each of which is designed to support over 11 tons. BouMatic has installed over four hundred rotary systems worldwide in nearly twenty years.

Excellent Cow Flow: The Streamline 360EX has incomparable cow traffic due to the innovatively designed entrance lane. The open view, with low profile cabinets and large openings, invites the cow onto the platform.

Safe & Comfortable for Cow & Operator: Offset top and bottom rear rails prevent kicks and ensure a perfect cow positioning with ultimate udder access. Cow entrance security system stops the rotary when a cow enters too slowly and is not entirely on the platform. This ensures cow safety without impacting cow flow and milking performance.

Ergonomic Design: Perfectly straight operator positioning reduces operator fatigue. Uncluttered design allows clear visibility of udder and teats. Easy access to the automation display and rotary controls.

Strong, Heavy-Duty Platform: The platform moves on circular double-I-beams and on custom designed nylon rollers without lubrication. The platform assembly turns on a drive rail.

Integrated Cabinets: Galvanised cabinets houses the automation components, controls, cylinders and displays as well as a jetter tray which remains closed during milking keeping them clean.

This rotary, in a basement version from 40 to 80 stalls is ideal for commercial farms with herds from 1200 to 4000 cows.

Inviting for Cows: Low profile cabinets, cow friendly concrete deck and “V” Shaped entry fence maximises use of stalls and eliminates need to stop and slow down platform for slow cows.

Faster More Efficient Installation: Concrete work is made easier with no exposed system supports. This provides a significant reduction in time needed for installation.

Automatic Cluster Drop Down/Rise Up: After milking, the cluster, hose and pulsation tubes descend to rest below the platform – out of the way of exiting and entering cows. Then, as the cluster approaches the operator the cluster rises up for easy and quick attachment.

Clean & Comfortable Work Environment: The platform has slight slope away from operator to flow water away from operator. The operator stands in a perfectly ergonomic position. He has a clear visibility of the udders and an easy access to the automation displays and rotary controls.

The Xcalibur 360EX comes with offset rear rails on top and bottom. The bottom rail prevents kicks and the top rail provides better positioning for cows. Overall udder accessibility for the operator improves.

Double I-Beam System: A massive circular double I-beam rail system and nylon rollers support the Xcalibur 360EX platform. Extremely durable nylon rollers require no lubrication. Improves performance through reduced risk of downtime.
